How to create Master Data

Step 1: The agent needs to click on the Master Data option.

Step 2: Need to enter the Passenger’s Contact Number.

Step 3: If “OTP is not verified” need to verify first if the OTP is verified successfully.

Step 4: Need to Create a Group Name.

Step 5: Nee to enter the passenger’s Name, Age, Gender, Berth Preference and Food Choice.

Step 6: And need to click on the Save button, if clear the data is individually passenger wise need to click on the X icon, if need to clean all the data need to click on the “Reset” Option.

Step 7: At the time of ticket booking agent can directly pool group-wise data using the Master Data.

How to check Booking history?

In the home screen of the application, you will see the option of ‘Booked history’, from where you can see the details of all your bookings. Additionally, you can also search for a particular booking by using the Train number, Train name, PNR number, Booking date, Passenger name and Passenger Mobile number

How to cancel a ticket?

You can cancel your ticket by clicking on ‘Cancel Ticket’ button from the home screen. Once you click on the ‘Cancel Ticket’ button, you will see the list of all the tickets which are eligible for cancellation. Select the ticket which you want to cancel. You will also get the option to select the passenger whose ticket you wish to cancel in particular. Once you select the passenger whose ticket is to be cancelled,

click on the ‘Cancel Selected’ button. After that, you will see a pop-up message asking whether or not you want to cancel the selected ticket. Click on ‘OK’ to confirm. Once you click on the ‘OK’ button, your ticket will be cancelled and an OTP with the Cancellation ID will be sent to the passenger’s mobile number which was entered while booking ticket. VLE needs to enter the OTP and validate

Can I change the boarding station while booking the ticket?

Yes. You can change the boarding station while booking the ticket. However once you have booked the ticket, currently you won’t get the option to update/change your boarding station.

Booking hours for agents?

12.20 am to 11.45 pm.

Agent TATKAL Booking Criteria

The agent can book Tatkal tickets as per the below timings:
For AC Class Tickets: After 10:15 AM
For Sleeper Class Tickets: After 11:15 AM
Agents are not allowed to book tickets between 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM, and 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM
An authorized IRCTC agent cannot book Tatkal tickets during the first 30 minutes of opening.

अब तक सभी CSC VLE IRCTC के ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट से टिकेट बुक करते थे, अब CSC ने एक नया वेबसाइट को लेके आया है जहा से CSC railway ticket booking new portal के नाम से जाना जाता है, https://trainbooking.csccloud.in/ आज न्यू वेबसाइट से एक टिकेट बुक करना सीखेंगे

CSC irctc Ticket Book New Portal New Process

Step 1, साइट खोलें। ‘लॉगिन’ पर क्लिक करें और Check Box में Click करे  Proceed to Login ‘ बटन पर क्लिक करें। अपना कनेक्ट यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड दर्ज करें। (CSC ID Password) और लॉग इन बटन पर क्लिक करें

Step 2, अपने स्टेशन का चयन करें जहां से आप अपनी यात्रा शुरू करना चाहते हैं। यात्रा की तिथि का Select करें। आप किस class में टिकेट बुक करना चाहते हैं उसे चुनें और ‘Search बॉक्स पर क्लिक करें।

Step 3, Search के बाद अवेलेबल ट्रेनों की लिस्ट में से ट्रेन का चयन करें और सीटों की स्थिति देखेंगे। उस ट्रेन का चयन करें जिसके लिए आप अपना टिकट बुक करना चाहते हैं और आगे बढ़ने के लिए चेकबॉक्स में ‘ओके’ करे अब Book Now पर क्लिक करें।

Step 4,यात्री passenger का विवरण दर्ज करें याद रहे मोबाइल नंबर केवल यात्री का मोबाइल नंबर ही दर्ज करें। सभी विवरण भरने के बाद, आगे बढ़ने के लिए Continue to Proceed पर क्लिक करें।

Step 5, फिर सीएससी वॉलेट के उपयोग करके भुगतान के लिए आगे Pay बटन पर क्लिक करें। सीएससी वॉलेट भुगतान वॉलेट पासवर्ड और पिन दर्ज करें और payment ‘ पर क्लिक करें।

Step 6, Successfully Payment होने के बाद अगले पेज में अपना IRCTC AGENT ID Password से लॉग इन करे इसमें आपके रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर पर भेजा गया ओटीपी दर्ज करें। ‘कैप्चा’ कोड दर्ज करें और आगे बढ़ने के लिए ‘सबमिट’ बटन पर क्लिक करें

Step 7, आपका टिकट अब बुक हो गया है, आप अपने टिकेट को Print या डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं, दोनों विकल्प आपको मिल जाता है  Print And download Ticket। Your ticket is now booked and you can save and download your ticket using the ‘Print Ticket’ option on the screen.
