जैसा कि आप सब जानते है कि CSC से आधार नया तथा सुधार केंद्र सिर्फ उन्हीं vle को मिलेगा जो पंचायत भवन में

बैठेंगे।इस के लिए आपको नीचे दिए गए फॉर्म को अपने पंचायत सचिव से हस्ताक्षर करवा के जिला आफिस में

जमा करना होगा। इसके साथ आधार एग्जाम सर्टिफिकेट, आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड और बैंक पासबुक भी जमा

करना होगा। Vle बंधुओं ये ध्यान रखे कि कोई भी second hand kit नही खरीदे क्योंकि बहुत सारे kit से

बाईपास की सर्विस दी गई है, जो कि अमान्य है। ऐसे कोई भी kit csc में वैद्य नही होंगे।

कोई भी kit खरीदने से पहले या तो csc मैनेजर या csc कंसलटेंट से जरूर बात कर लें अन्यथा ये आपकी अपनी

Mandatory eligibility criteria of a VLE, csc vle panchayat bhavan

As you all know, CSC Jharkhand has got the UID Project to establish PEC at GP, ULB and Ward level.

Also, e-Panchayat project preparation is going on in which it will be mandatory to provide all G2G, G2C and B2C services at GP level.

Looking into these projects guidelines, it is required to establish one CSC with active VLE in each of the 4352 constructed GP building in 24 districts of Jharkhand.

Mandatory eligibility criteria of a VLE to sit in Panchayat Bhawan:

1. VLE should be from the same GP. Must have physical and police verification and IIBF certification. 5 digital cadets must be registered.

2. VLE should come in either A or A-plus category of two services categories (DSP with Eshram transactions and Digipay with BC transactions).

A plus category – 501 plus transactions per month.

A category – 251 to 500 transactions per month.

B category – 101 to 250 transactions per month.

C category– 21 to 100 transactions per month.

D category– 1 to 20 transactions per month.

Inactive category- Zero transactions per month ( CSC ID will be automatically deleted within 3 months).

3. VLE should have certified at least 100 students in PMGDISHA.

4. VLE should have done at least 500 Eshram cards.

5. VLE must have done at least 50 insurance products ( life insurance and general insurance) and 10 renewal.

6. VLE must have done 20 NPS, one Demat account, one CIBIL.

7. VLE must be active in BC / Digipay service with A or A-plus category.

8. VLE must have registered for IRCTC Code and have done at least 10 railway tickets.

9. VLE must have done at least 500 pension scheme services (PMKMY, PMVMY, PMSYM, any or all of these services).

10. VLE must have done 500 Aayushman cards.

11. VLE must have done 100 estore customers app installation and at least Rs. 10000 grameen estore products order through partner companies (Unibic, T-shirt, Babadham peda, Jagannathpuri Khaja Prasad, e-Cycle, Nano Urea, Bullet, Cars – Renault/ Tata (Passengers or Commercial), NU Republic electronics items, Bajaj, Speakers, Whirlpool, Nestle, ITC, Tata Croma, etc. Any or group of them order of at least Rs. 10000.

VLEs fulfilling the above criteria will be only allotted the GP Bhawan and they will be allotted with UID PEC service, Jharsewa and e-Panchayat services.

Such VLEs will be asked to sit in the GP Bhawan on all working/ non-working days with at least 7 hours on daily basis. They will put glow sign CSC banner in from of the GP building and a New CSC Service rate list with all relevant other services banners/rate list in the allotted room of GP Bhawan

Their performance will be evaluated on monthly basis and if they will be found not doing service or are not falling in the A or A-plus category of CSC services, then a new active VLE of the same GP will be asked to replace him/her.

If any of such GP Bhawan allotted VLE is found doing overcharging for any service or is found doing any kind of corruption or is found bribing any of the CSC staff, then that VLEs CSC ID will be immediately terminated and FIR will be filed.
