Digipay installation and registration process

• गूगेल प्ले स्टोर से DigiPay App इंस्टाल करे  / Find DigiPay app from Google Play Store and Click on Install to install the app. Once Installation is complete, click on Open to open Digipay

• DigiPay App ओपन करे अपना CSC id इंटर करे और Proceed में click करे / Registration Process Enter your CSC ID and click on consent and click Proceed

• Register मोबाइल नंबर में OTP मिलेगा OTP इंटर कर के Verify करे / OTP will be sent on your Registered Mobile no. Enter OTP which was sent on Mobile no and then click on Verify OTP

• Biometric Authenticate अपना अंगूठा लगा कर Authenticate कम्पलीट करे  / To complete registration Authenticate yourself by using Biometric.

• आपका Registration कम्पलीट हुवा अब DigiPay app restart करे ( दोबारा ओपन करे )  After successful registration, restart the DigiPay application.

• Login करने के लिए  CSC Id इंटर करे fingerprint द्वरा authenticate कम्पलीट करे  / Login Process Enter CSC Id and authenticate yourself using fingerprint.OTP will be sent on your registered mobile no.

• Customer का Amount Withdrawal करने के लिए Customer के बैंक अकाउंट से आधार नंबर लिंक होना जरुरी है |
• Select cash withdrawal.
• Bank Name: Select Customer Bank Name for cash withdrawal.
• Amount: Enter the amount to be withdrawn by customer.
• Customer Aadhaar: Enter Aadhaar number of the customer.
• Biometric: Authenticate Customer’s Fingerprint or Iris using biometric device.

• Customer का Balance Enquiry करने के लिए Customer के बैंक अकाउंट से आधार नंबर लिंक होना जरुरी है
• Select Balance Enquiry
